Atarah Body reserves the right to deny returns, emphasizing our commitment to tailored, custom-made items designed to fit each customer perfectly. We encourage all customers to carefully review our return policy and sizing chart instructions. Each product is meticulously crafted to order. Order Upgrades

Customers may adjust their orders within 24 hours of purchase for sizing purposes. To modify your order, please email atarahbody@gmail.com within this timeframe. 

Order Cancellation

If you've placed an order in error, please promptly contact us at atarahbody@gmail.com with your order number in the subject line.

Damaged Items

In the event of any issues with your order, please follow these steps:

  1. Capture a photo of your order on the day of delivery.
  2. Email atarahbody@gmail.com with your order number in the subject line. Include a detailed description and photo evidence of the issue.
  3. Atarah Body will assess the damage promptly. If confirmed, we will arrange for a replacement or issue store credit.

Note: Damage claims must be reported on the day of delivery; we cannot accept complaints beyond this timeframe.
